ORDER CANCELLATIONS

At McKee Foods, we understand that life can be unpredictable and that changes may be necessary. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Due to our efficient order and fulfillment processes, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is submitted. ContactUs@McKee.com

ADDRESS CHANGES OR INCORRECT ADDRESS POLICY

Orders

We value your satisfaction and understand that circumstances may change. To help ensure that your package arrives safely and on time, please double-check your shipping address at the time of checkout. Once an order is placed, you have 90 minutes to verify and change your shipping address. The address can be updated on the order page. A link to the page is in your order confirmation email. Once 90 minutes have passed, we may not be able to guarantee any address updates. ContactUs@McKee.com

If an item is shipped to an outdated or incorrect address and returned as undeliverable, we would appreciate your providing us with a current and deliverable address. Please note that additional shipping fees may apply in such cases. Should you need to update your shipping address after the order has shipped, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to make the necessary changes.

Accounts

You can update the default address for your account by logging into your account. This will not update any current orders in progress.

DAMAGED, LOST, OR STOLEN PACKAGES

At McKee Foods, the safety of your purchases is important to us. That's why we partnered with Route to offer complimentary package protection on your order. This insurance covers any potential loss, damage, or theft during transit. Should you experience an issue with your delivery, you can report it to Route using their easy-to-use mobile app (available for both iOS and Android); through the email, you received from Route after placing your order, or by visiting claims.route.com. We aim to ensure that you receive your order in perfect condition and resolve any issues as quickly and efficiently as possible.

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

Edible Products:

Due to health and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns on edible items. McKee Foods is only able to issue refunds if the product arrives damaged. Orders over 35 days from the original purchase date are not eligible for a refund. A damaged product may include but is not limited to, opened, melted, or expired items. If your product was damaged during shipment, don't hesitate to get in touch with ContactUs@McKee.com

Merchandise:

We accept returns or exchanges of merchandise within 35 days of the purchase date. If you are unsatisfied with your merchandise purchase, you may return it for an exchange or refund. The product must be returned in new condition, unused, unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts, and accessories. Original shipping and handling fees, as well as return postage charges, will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned or exchanged products. Defective Merchandise:

At McKee Foods, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products. Should you receive a defective product, don't hesitate to contact our friendly customer service team at ContactUs@McKee.com. To ensure a quick resolution, please include your order number in your email. Our team may ask for images of the defective product. We will do everything possible to make things right by replacing the defective product or issuing a return for your total product price, minus any shipping and handling fees. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. However, we reserve the right to offer a refund in the form of McKee Foods Online Store credit if needed.

Gifts:

If the item was a gift: exchanges, refunds, and returns must meet the same conditions as non-gift items. Refunds on gifts will be credited back to the original payment method.

Refund and Exchanges Timeframe:

Orders over 35 days from the original purchase date are not eligible for a refund or exchange. At our online store, we understand that exchanging a product can be a time-sensitive matter. We aim to make the process as smooth and efficient as possible. When a customer requests an exchange, we strive to respond within two business days. Once the exchange details are finalized through email, we ask that the customer mail the product back to us within seven days.

Please allow three business days for McKee Foods to process your return package once it has been received by McKee Foods. Once the item is inspected and determined to be in new condition, your new item will ship. Exchanges will be processed and a new item shipped within two business days. McKee Foods has the right to reject a return if it is not in accordance with their return policy.

Please allow three business days for McKee Foods to process your refund request. Refunds typically appear 5-10 business days after processing. The exact timeframe may vary depending on your financial institution and the payment method used for the original purchase.
