Cancellations, Exchanges and Returns

Any capitalized terms used in this policy, but not otherwise defined, will have the meaning given to such term in our Terms of Use. This policy is subject to our Terms of Use and in the event of any conflict between this policy and our Terms of Use, the Terms of Use will control.

ORDER CHANGES  

At McKee Foods, we understand that life can be unpredictable and changes may be necessary. Once an order is submitted, we cannot modify the items on the order.  

ORDER CANCELLATIONS  

You have 90 minutes from the time your order is placed to cancel it for a full refund.  

To cancel your order, use the “Cancel My Order” button on your order status page or your account. A link to your order status page is in your order confirmation email.  

After 90 minutes, we cannot guarantee cancellations because orders move quickly through our fulfillment process. If you need help, contact us at ContactUs@SunbeltBakery.com.  

 SHIPPING & ADDRESS POLICY 

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.  

You have 90 minutes after placing your order to update your shipping address through your order page. A link is included in your confirmation email.  

After 90 minutes, we cannot guarantee address changes.  

If your order has already shipped, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to request any address updates. 

Returned or Undeliverable Packages  

If your order is returned to us because the shipping address was incorrect, outdated, or undeliverable, we will issue a refund after the package is received at our facility.  

We do not reship returned orders.  

If the package was returned because an incorrect address was entered at checkout, the refund will be issued minus the original shipping charges.  

We will email you when the package is returned and again when your refund has been processed.  

If you still want the items, you will need to place a new order with the correct shipping address. 

DAMAGED, LOST, OR STOLEN PACKAGES  

If your package arrives damaged or there is an issue with your delivery, please report it through our online return portal:

 We do require photos of damaged or defective items before approving a replacement or refund. 

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS  

Food Products  

Due to health and safety standards, food products cannot be returned. 

Refunds for food products are only issued if the product arrives damaged. A damaged food product means it arrives opened, crushed, smashed, melted, or past the “BEST IF USED BY” date.  

Merchandise (Non-Edible Items)  

Merchandise may be returned for a refund or exchange if:  

  • The request is made within 30 days of the ship date  

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed  

  • The item is returned in original packaging (when possible)  

  • All parts and accessories are included  

Products marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are not eligible for return or exchange.  

Products purchased from our online store cannot be returned to retailers or third-party locations.  

Original shipping fees and return shipping costs are not refunded. A return processing fee of $8.95 will be deducted from your refund.  

How to Start a Return or Exchange  

All return, refund, or exchange requests must be started within 30 days of the ship date.  

Please use our return portal (LINK) and include your order number.  

Proof of purchase is required.  

  

RETURN SHIPPING TIMEFRAME (Exchanges)  

Once your exchange request is approved, the item must be postmarked within 10 days.  

If the item is not shipped within 10 days, the exchange will be canceled.  

REFUND PROCESSING  

Please allow up to three business days for us to process your refund once your return is received.  

Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days after processing. Timing may vary depending on your bank or payment method.  

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We reserve the right to issue store credit at our discretion.  

EXCHANGE PROCESSING  

After we receive and inspect your returned item, approved exchanges will ship within two business days.  

Replacement items ship to the original order address.
